Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your account and every piece of data we store for you on AcceptCV. Deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period and no way to undo it.
What gets removed?
- All of your saved CVs and drafts
- Every share link you created — links you sent earlier will stop working
- Your membership details, remaining AI credits and usage counters
- The support requests you sent and their replies
- Your sign-in details (email address and account record)
Only records we are legally required to keep (e.g. transaction records mandated by law) are retained for the period prescribed by law; those records are not linked to your account.

To delete your account you first need to sign in with it. Once signed in, come back to this page to complete the deletion.

If you have lost access to your account, you can request deletion by email. Send your request from the email address registered to the account; once we verify your identity we will delete the account within 30 days at the latest.
