Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute the agreement between AcceptCV(“Platform”, “Service” or “we”) and the user (“User” or “you”) regarding the use of the online resume (CV) creation, editing, AI-assisted text generation, PDF download and publishing services provided by the Platform.

By registering for or using the Service, you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. Scope of the Service
The Platform enables users to create resumes, select templates and themes, improve content with AI assistance, download their CV as a PDF, and, if desired, publish it via a public link. The Platform may offer certain features under a paid membership.
2. Account and Age Requirement
- To open an account you must be at least 18 years old or have written parental consent.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for the security of your account, keeping your password confidential, and for all activities carried out with your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password, you must contact us immediately.
- It is prohibited for the same person to open multiple accounts or to transfer an account to someone else.
3. Membership, Pricing and Payment
Some features of the Platform are available under a paid membership (“Premium”). To upgrade to Premium you must make a payment.

4. User Obligations
By using the Platform, the User accepts and undertakes the following:
- That they are solely responsible for the accuracy of the education, work experience and other information they enter in their CV, and for the consequences of using that information;
- That they will not enter content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of third parties (copyright, trademark, personal rights, etc.);
- That they will not use another person's identity or information without permission;
- That they will not perform actions that damage the Platform's technical infrastructure, threaten its security, or impose excessive load;
- That they will always review AI-generated text through their own control before publishing or sending it.
5. Disclaimer Regarding Artificial Intelligence (AI)
The Platform uses a third-party artificial intelligence service for text generation. Content produced by AI may be inaccurate, incomplete, overly general, or not fully suited to your context. AI outputs are provided only as a draft/suggestion; the User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the final content, its transmission to the employer, and the consequences it may cause (including hiring decisions). The Platform makes no warranty that AI content is accurate, lawful, or fit for a particular purpose.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- The templates, design, brand, software and content on the Platform belong exclusively to the Platform (or its licensors). They may not be copied, reproduced or resold without permission.
- The personal content you enter into your CV belongs to you. By entering it, you allow us to process this content for the purpose of providing the Service (creation, preview, PDF generation, publishing and storage).
7. Published CVs
If you choose to publish a CV via a public link, you accept that this content will become accessible on the internet and may be indexed by search engines. You are responsible for the published content and for the consequences of it being viewed by others. You may disable the publication at any time.
8. Changes and Discontinuation of the Service
The Platform may change its features, prices, templates and these Terms without prior notice. Important changes are announced within the Service or by email. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account, temporarily or permanently, if you act in breach of these Terms or the law.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no express or implied warranty regarding uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, being virus-free, or that any particular result will be achieved. No hiring, interview invitation, or any other outcome is guaranteed. The Platform's liability for direct or indirect damages occurring outside its own fault is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the service fee paid.
10. Links and Third-Party Services
The Platform uses third-party services such as Google sign-in, payment providers, AI and analytics services. The terms of use of these services are governed by their respective providers' conditions, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Privacy
Information regarding the processing of your personal data is set out in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
